2nd place at the Technology Student Association Washington State Video Game Design Competition
6th place at the TSA National Video Game Design Competition
Lead a small team of friends to create this masterpiece. They mostly made the music and some of the art, while I did the rest (as I was the only one who knew how to use the game engine).
Making Intergalactic Mercenary taught me:
• Having a team of people focused on certain aspects of the game (in my case music) makes the game easier to make and it comes out a lot better in the end. If we only had a good artist on the team who could make the sprites for us…
• Working with people who you enjoy being around is a blast!
